It's a party-sized premix that's loaded full of essence of a holiday season, rendering it perfect for hosting a festive gathering. Bikini Recipe
Makes enough for 10 servings
Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (yields 750ml)
300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g fine sugar
For the Premix (yields 850ml, serving 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Instructions
For the Cordial: Put all the items inside a pot, heat until it reaches a simmer, stirring so the sugar melts. Next, turn off the burner and let it to cool down fully. Pour into a sterilised bottle, close it and store in the refrigerator, where it will keep for about four weeks.
For the Premix: Mix every liquids into one big jug, let it rest for 60 minutes, then pass it through best through a fine cloth, so it's completely strained.
For serving: Measure 85ml of the batch mix into your mixing glass containing ice, gently stirring carefully for one minute to cool it down. Pour into an chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, top with some cranberries and complete it with a quick spritz of the essential oil over the top.
